SERVICES: Equine: Coggins and Export
Our clinic is accredited with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and are licensed to offer Coggins testing, health certificates and veterinary exams for export of equine species. In addition to export, many rodeos, sales, competitions and other equine events require an up-to-date negative Coggins test for a disease called Equine Infectious Anemia (EIA) that can be spread through the blood of infected animals by biting insects. The veterinarians and staff at LFAH are happy to provide this service to equine clients looking to attend shows, board their horse, or move their horses across international borders!
We now offer a digital Coggins form to allow for more efficient communication between our clinic and our clients as well as between our clients and their barn, competition, rodeo, export officials etc. who may be requiring the Coggins forms.
