SERVICES: Bovine: Trimming/Lameness

Lameness is a significant factor in the productivity and welfare of our bovine patients.

When gait analysis leads us to believe that the cause of lameness is in the hoof, we can use our tilt table to properly examine and trim all four feet as well as provide therapy to correct the lameness. Bandages or foot blocks can be applied as necessary. Our tilt table can be transported to the farm or used in clinic.

Other uses of the tilt table include teat surgery or wound repair.

Our veterinary clinic is also equipped with a portable digital x-ray system that can be used when indicated.
